Standard kit

Uses the same turbo from our 3G V-6 kit. A Mitsubishi TD06H turbo. 650 cfm with an internal wastegate. Water cooled unit.  Kit uses the stock exhaust manifolds. Same FMIC used in the 4 cy kit.  RC injectors of 370 and 440 cc sizes are available.  Typical power gains are 120 hp on 5-6 psi.  Turbo can make 400 hp when maxed out on a built engine.  Average power is in the 310-325 range with this kit on low boost.

Garret kit

Same as the kit above but uses a T3T4 turbo and external wastegate.   No headers, kit uses the stock manifolds. Much more reliable and less likely to leak.  While headers look fancy, when they leak exhaust gas needed to spool the turbo they suddenly are not such a good idea.  Especially in cold climates where thermal expansion and contraction tend to shorten a headers life cycle.  Various sizes of turbos are available in this kit depending on the customers power goals.  On stock internals suggest boost is limited to 9-10 psi.  

Garret turbo based kit

Using a T3T4 turbo with an external wastegate. This kit is able to supply boost well over 20 psi if the engine internals are upgraded. For a daily driver vehicle on a stock engine, its designed to be used in the 6-8 psi range with the upgraded RC Engineering injectors and AEM FIC to control them. Expect power in the 240-260 range at the wheels at these boost levels.

Big16g based kit

Using a Big16g turbo. The economy 4g kit is just as powerful. But quieter with its internal wastegate and more compact design. Able to provide boost levels also up to 20 plus. It works well on a stock car at 5-7 psi on upgraded injectors and the AEM FIC. Typical power gains on an all stock car are 90-110 hp over stock. Very quick turbo spool and throttle response. The kit has a one year warranty on the turbo itself. Both kits share all of the same components with the exception of the turbo itself. The front mount intercooler used in the kits is fairly large and covers the entire front of the fascia opening.
